Applications of γ-PGA in agriculture

Application of γ-PGA in seed dressing application:

For wheat, corn, rice and other field crops, γ-PGA can be used as a seed dressing agent, generally diluted 5-10 times, mixed with seeds and sown, which can improve the germination rate and survival rate of seeds.

For the economical effect of fruits and vegetables, it can be used as a nutrient solution for seedlings, which can be applied on roots or sprayed on seedbeds or seedling trays, which can promote the growth and development of seedling roots, improve the resistance of seedlings, and ensure that the seedlings grow robustly.

Field test of Beauveria bassiana

Field test of Beauveria bassiana 1×1010 spores/ml OD to control Spodoptera frugiperda in corn

Crop: corn

Control target: Spodoptera frugiperda

Beauveria bassiana 1×1010 spores/ml OD

Application method: spray, water volume 450L/ha

Proper application time and dosage:
Better spray the product between Spray treatment from the hatching stage to the second instar larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda, and the dosage of Beauveria bassiana 1×1010 spores/ml OD is 900-1200 ml/Ha.

Application method: Spray

Tea saponin test to control nematodes

After 16 hours of Tea Saponin exposure, the five tested nematodes, H. oryzae, D.destructor, B.xylophilus, M. incognita 2 instar larvae and Rhbiditis sp, began to die.

The mortality rate increased with exposure time and Tea Saponin concentration. The highest mortality rate of Rhbiditis sp was 6.5%, which was inactive, indicating that Tea Saponin had moderate killing activity against plant parasitic nematodes tested.

It has no nematicidal activity against non-plant parasitic nematodes, and has positive significance for the ecological protection of soil flora.

In another test, Tea Saponin can also inhibit the formation of root knots of melon wilt, and has a good anti-infection activity.
