Mode of action
1. Tripterygium wilfordii+extract (Triptolide) has multiple deratization effects such as short-term killing and reproductive inhibition of female and male rats. The harmful rats usually die chronically in a short time after a week of stealing food. At the same time, they can produce anti-fertility to various female and male rats at a very small dose.

2. Inhibition of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH-L4) in the mouse testis causes various spermatogonial cells in the seminiferous tubules of the mouse testis to fall off and disintegrate, the seminiferous epithelium of the testis is seriously degraded, the development of spermatocytes is uneven, the seminiferous tubules atrophy, and the sperm volume becomes extremely rare or even completely lost.

3. The inner wall of the uterus of female rats becomes thinner, the ovaries tend to shrink, the follicles in the ovaries shrink, and the ovulation function is inhibited, thus losing fertility and causing abortion in pregnant rats. Therefore, it has the control effect of multiple deratization effects such as anti-fertility and short-term killing of female and male rodents.
